I took a look at this with multiple stills from the .gif and the search phrase "angel" and did not , could not get any results from them.
I think this one is a lost cause -
unless you have more info on it - the place it was found, when it was found, name of site it linked to , ect.
I mean gfycat.com got this image from SOMEWHERE ........
Basically, any additional info is better than none .
It's rare but I have found a model or two with just the year an image originated in and the image, of course.

I did the same thing, reverse image searching some stills and had no luck. I posted it on reddit and luckily someone knows who she is. The name is Lanna Carter
