After a lot of searching I believe this is Weronika Rosati.

However after more searching and finding a set of photos of a woman topless in Koktebel in the sunrise whereas the one searched is the same woman only in the sunset. The tags list an "Olya" and this tag brought up the set of pictures. So, perhaps this is "Olya" .
