TobyKai is correct and also isn't: the AV idol is called Chikara Hidaka in several websites, but her debut scene over at Caribbeancom calls her Chiaki Hidaka.

The links to the video snippet that you shared, Dude1988, have a broken Google shortener link attached at the end. When that shortened link is rewritten, it leads to the complete scene. Although the mp4 there is named 'Chikara Hidaka', when she's asked her name at 06:24, she replies Hidaka Chiaki in the usual Japanese family name/given name order.
