She appears to be on very few webpages. She is indeed an enigma at this point. Many, Many pages she may have appeared on are gone - the links to them are dead and those that are archived also have dead links or did not archive images.
This is one good page to find her but it has to be translated using G-Translate.
"Anya Polezhaeva" also appears to be the only name available for this model. Maybe if the agency she worked for or with could be ascertained she would be found to have another name. I have not found any links or information to that effect.
