my first to look at would "Erica Fontes"

Why? Facial features, smile, build, etc. And if you look closely at pi below the girl has HER hair in a "weave" and a wig over it. So, I really wouldn't concentrate too much on hair color.

OK, I searched again and the only model other than Erica Fontes is called "Romi" .
When I searched Google for her she was directly linked to a model named "Romana Sedlická"
I now believe this is the model you are looking for.
So, if this is not her, I would not know who she might be.
I used an addon to Firefox called Linky to open 94 pix of the models at Tainster.com at once and scrolled them with an image of the model you posted open at the same time. Romi is the closest match and as I said she was directly linked to Romana.
