Unidentified Been then trying for years

This is one of my all time favorites. The video I have has no sound.
I would love to find the original with sound and I would love to ID the woman.
It's become a bit of an obsession. Like an itch that needs to be scratched.
Your help would be very much appreciated.

Yes, I have tried all the reverse lookups with no success. I only place I have found it is under the watermarked site, using “she knew her husband’s son was trouble.” I can upload it, if it is acceptable to this forums rules. I don’t want to overstep.
