Confusing payment structure

Does anyone else find these pay structure for the Segpay / Epoch sites confusing?

Looking at the screenshot they have different pay tiers but with no service differentiations. It's like you can pay them $30 a month or $40 a month for the same service.

How ridiculous is it to pay an additional $28 for a non-reoccurring subscription. I guess there are really forgetful people out there who might find value in this?

Yes, there are. Many of us have made the mistake of signing up with the intention of grabbing a month's worth and cancelling, then as our engorged member sucks all the blood from our brain, we forget when we signed up. Once you figure that out, then you can cancel immediately and your membership will be good for that payment period. Which gives you another month of good times. Then you can whack with glee with no worries for having to remember to cancel.
