On that page some one suggests that this is " Heather Kelly" Penthouse Pet April 1997

I searched for her and even got a password to Penthouse website but have not been able to find this exact image anywhere.
I did however find this - and I believe her face is clear enough and the hair style the same enough that I would say it is her as well .
