Help ID Amateur & Teen Kingdom model from 1998

Thank you for the lead. I don't think she is Olga C. but it's difficult to tell and I could be wrong. I'll check if another non-thumbnail sized image survived. Thank you for your help.

This is the only other image I have. Not the best but at least a slightly different angle. I've found ATK model archives in the past but they all started after 2000. Are earlier ATK sets no longer available anywhere?

Sometimes, ....... finding these models and finding what has become of them is truly heartbreaking.
This one ..... from all I can find on her, left *the "business" and went into Business in a very professional
way as one of the people who worked in Bldg 2 of the WTC.
Again, and I would happily want to be wrong on this, things like facial recognition, and some hard searching
indicate that is the same person.
09-11-01 took her out of this world.
I won't be posting her name or where to find her.
This just shows that these are real people, with real lives ......
