I don't find a name for her - but, there should be some info on the site *rnwpc ... somewhere about the girls who appear there.
She is in several images/ short videos or GIFS on the site, as well.
She is captured in denim shorts, the schoolgirl skirt, running in a race, on a stage ...... etc.
