id this blonde

I too have been trying to I D this Blonde for quite some time. I have ONLY found her on the bostonpromodeling.com / newenglandpromodeling.com websites. THey do not have a name listed there .
I seem to remember finding a name for her though, 2 - 3 yrs ago. If I could just find it in my files.
Any way at this point ....... she's a total unknown.
