I believe the model you seek is Jessica Valentino
she is listed on the Cheerleaders for sex site and seems to appear with this top on
she mostly appears on the site that use her with staighter hair but on occasion wears it curly as you see above.

At the time she she probably used the name " Jessie Alba"
