Maybe someone else will have better luck - I can't find a Name - even a fake one - for this model anywhere.
I can't even find a single image with a site name on it ( even a pirate site's name ) anywhere.
Just sets and links to downloads that aren't there anymore.
She has LOADS of images on imagefap - but "Eighties" is the closest thing to a name I find.

She looks like some of the models i found from a long defunct site named falconfoto.com
A LOT of the stuff they did was dedicated to Pregnant models.
This is one in particular I traced back 1999 on the falconfoto site.

Wow, I haven't seen some of those photosets in years...but I do remember 'Jade' (I didn't know her name though). She has a bunch of different sets on that thread. All pretty good.
As for the original hottie in this thread; looks like that one photoset is posted a couple times in porn-w. I'm guessing she only ever did one photo session and moved on with life? Sad - she's remarkably attractive and clearly not too inhibited. As good as she looked pregnant, I bet she was a stunning beauty when not. I'll see if Wayback Machine turns up something on falconfoto, Thanks for the lead!
