Question re use of tags

Can tags be created for personal use only? For context, I've been using the private notepad to keep track of whether a model I follow on indexxx has a page on another website. I'll write 'no' if she does not. But the problem is, there's no way to even know if you have a note on a model unless you check her page. If I could create a tag to add to models which serves the same purpose, I could sort specifically for those models. Then I could check back at a later date to see if there's been an update on the other site. Obviously, the issue here would be that the tag would have no function for anybody else on indexxx but me. Would this be appropriate to do? I've put a lot of time into curating my profile, and I don't want to do something that could put me at risk of being banned.

Such tags are not useful enough for most other users, so it's unwanted. When a user would make a mistake by adding such tags, the tag would be removed later by mods instead of giving the user a ban.
Although the idea of having private tags was already on the todo list, but unfortunately there is no estimation when this will be implemented.
