Vintage model

Can anybody ID this vintage "web" model ?

I have two images in my files both are almost Identical -------
Oh and I found one image, among a group of others, online - with the name "Katja" attached
i.e. (some number/ alpha string) - katja.jpg
Any and all help appreciated.

As Aside note -
the Tattoo on her breast seems to say " Vixen" with a rose through the middle of the "X" in vixen .

Says name is "Katja" ....

So, I suppose this one's name was "Katja" and we'll call it an IDed search .....
ANYONE with more information - feel free to add corrections .

In the first view, she remind me angelica wild. But i don't find that it match with the tatoo.
