OK, I found the Video or at least who is in it in an Image with Gabriel Gucci ( the model with short black hair ) .
The "Tattoo" is not a tattoo . It is her hair plastered to here back with sweat or from .... something else.
I enlarged and edited an image so it can be seen that her hair is flowing across the muscles in her back and thus due to the 'wavy"
appearance - look like a tattoo - but it is not.
My personal belief now is that this model is " Lucy Bell " - https://www.indexxx.com/models/29620/lucy-bell/
Following are the images of her hair and supporting images for Lucy Bell .
Notice the large shiny earing and the shape of her ear. An ear - is as personal as a fingerprint - no two are exactly the same.
OH, one other thing - she has an incisor which slightly overlaps the other.
Look closely.
