who is she?

Is this the ONLY image you have of this model ??
Has it been cropped (by you ) or altered in any other way ?
I ask because the search engines algorithms use the data within the image itself - bit by bit and byte by byte to identify it and find a match on the web.
If it has been altered - it isn't the same mage anymore to the search algorithms.
That's why I ask.
I searched and can't a match or anything close to it , even if I flip it , mirror it, crop it, adjust color hue and contrast - i don't think that will help - this one is corrupted or - it has been blocked from being searched.
IF you had more images - that problem might go away .
