That's not the right video, similar name but it's all male. According to the ice page, this was posted in 2016 while that other video is brand new. As for the tattoo, that is Cyrillic and it is either Russian, Ukrainian,et al, one of the Slavic languages. You're right, finding whatever that means is key. Weird that no one recognizes that tattoo. I can see the resemblance. Amirah's Hungarian, this mystery lady is very American, at least in voice. She has a Northeastern American accent, more along the lines of NYC or New Jersey and the Tri State Area.
