You mean Basia not Barbra. I already attached links to that.
Keep in mind those are very old photos / videos. Probably taken back in 2005 / 2006.
Maybe she quite after. Hope someone knows more about her! She is hot!!!
 
OH and BTW - I do believe this is " Dominika 8309 " from czechcasting .
I just have to prove it.
Facial recognition in Picasa indicates they are the same person .

Moles and other blemishes are REGULARLY removed by the Photographer of photo shop that processes the images for publication.
Only when an actress/ porn model has these blemishes regularly displayed can you trust them for identification.
Here is on model that does exactly that - she does not have her moles "photoshopped" away .
"Sandra C" aka Yulia Tikhomirova, Yulia Streletskaya, etc - google her.
Rarely will you see her with the three clearly visible moles on her upper abdomen photoshopped out .
examples below - one with moles - one without .
BTW the model I posted above as the one you were searching for IS the the one you were seeking.
These were also taken at different times - note breast size .........
