It could have been " Andrea Cohen" but, ....... it isn't .
It's "Lanny Barbie"
This page the photo above and some others in front of that same blue background image or Logo .
And , ....... it has her in multiple other sets as well.

And there is any doubt - to add more proof of ID - take note of the arm band tattoo on her right arm ( left in the image ) .
