One classification is based on the bra size. But for most guys 34B probably doesn't tell much. Also, the bra size measurements differ from country, brand, and personal preference.
A simple classification in small, medium, large, extra large is easier, but highly subjective. Also, what was called "extra large" some years ago, can now often be called *just* "large".
And what people in Japan call large, might be medium in the USA. Also, breast size might relative to the rest of the body: a big woman with relatively medium breasts to the rest of the models, might be called small.

I would call these "medium", but a big breast lover will probably call them "small".
The size and shape of breasts changes continuously during the lifetime. For example, pregnancy can change size and shape. But changing from a bra to no bra for a long period, can also change the shape.
