Need help to identify. Who is this girl?

I hope this picture is view able to you guys.
The is actually an ad for this but i wasnt able to get it. I found the AD of her face on fakku.net
By the way, the only additional info that i have is that she's from digital playground. If You're hard working enough then i propose that you would aimlessly surf the comics there and pray that u stumble across the AD.Hope you guys can figure it out. Thanks.

Her Name from Digital playground is " Stoya " or at thenude.eu she has an AKA as " Stoya Doll "
She did work for many other sites
