vi.maretta at instagram does appear to be a model, a nude
body-art model.
Her work displayed on the instagram site is there by her choice
and displayed within the public domain.
I would say that she is proud of her work and is using the site to find more.
That's my opinion.

Could be, but I have a personal rule not to share any social link I find, be it Instagram, FB, VK, etc.
She may have the photos public, but she may be unaware. In any case I do not want to be responsible for stalking or harassment.
