Do have the name of the video ?
I searched this on tineye and came up with a bad link to " louismirabert.com " and a name of "Shanone".
However there is no one by that name on the site.
still searching .........

OK, the links are through LYCOS search engine. THESE were found using Tineye reverse image search. ALL the links are dead. The Video was HOSTED on Videolink thats where the screen video cap came from.
THE image itself comes from here:

Lycos won't find it, nor will Google. the "ipercast.net site / servers are no longer operational.
ALL 18 links point to the same search on Lycos and ALL are dead links.
If I had not had the name SHANONE to go on I would have not found her. BUT, I searched http://louisdemirabert.com and found her there as "Channone"

The Original Picture you posted looks to me like it may have NOT really been from a video. Many times pictures get pieced together in a sort of "slideshow" where many "still" pics of a single or multiple Models are run together in a "video" and then posted on sites like Videoclick. Maybe not, maybe so.
