Curious why the industry had waned. I know back in the early 2000s some offshoots from Canada, particularly from Montreal were very active. I heard the guys behind Pornhub started out of Montreal but in terms of content creation, all I seem to see now are from Russia and Ukraine and Czech. I miss the subtle differences from models that came from Hungary, or like you mentioned, France. Out of Spain, there is a creator out of there over at analvids under the banner Yummy studio. There's quite a few of them on there under various names. In general, though, over the last 20 years, the number of porn stars from western Europe has really dwindled, given the supply of girls coming from former Eastern-bloc countries, who now dominate European porn. You see the occasional porn star from Spain or France, but very few at all from other west European countries. Denmark used to have a large porn industry, especially because it was one of the first countries to fully legalize porn, but that was mostly back in the 1970s.
