This search brought back what may be just a private citizen .
Lower right hand corner of the pic says "flying cloud farms"
They have a site by the same name" www.flyingcloudfarms.com"
Their "about " page says the farm is run by Annie and Isaah Perkinson .
This pic indicates that the person in it is "Annie"

Superb detective work Mstlpfix. I looked at the Flying Clouds Farm images and there indeed was one of their produce cart; the exact one in the image. However, I'm pretty sure that the original image I saw had a site link that went to a glamour, nude model site and the girl in question was said to be new. So I wonder if any other dudes have seen that site or her pics.
