The user that added that data tried to fully add data using the format that indexxx itself uses. "4" was probably added as model "name" because then it is listed in the first parenthesis pair, as indexxx also does to indicate the number of sets. The user added the full url and probably didn't know what a "domain" name was. Or the user thought that in the end, the url is rendered/clickable correctly, so why not listed the full url. Currently, it would be better to add the url as a "submit a link" and remove the "4" that indicated the number of sets, because this info isn't very important/up-to-date/persistent at the moment.

I understand this confusion. Indexxx should validate such input better and give the user more feedback.
Feel free to change/fix it.

my thoughts exactly. the user was trying to emulate what it saw. will fix.
