This image gets absolutely NO results using any search method I tried.
no face, no manipulation...... nothing. flip, edit, zoom, sharpen, contrast,
gamma, crop, etc .... gets zip and butkus.
maybe if we could find out what the URL displayed in the image might be .....

What I can make out is that it says MODELLE ??M??AG.DE and I want to say that the letter after the M on the second line is an O, but I'm not sure. It also looks kind of like the character before the A is @, which would make this an email address, but I have no idea what ag.de is supposed to be.

I cleaned up the image a little with lunapic online app,
ran it through tineye, pimeyes, yandex, google, facecheck-id,
etc and the model that it hits on is ....

The *exact image is not found but it IS Nikki as far as I can tell.
Sometimes it just takes a little time .....
